Quick and Easy Lunch Wraps
Life gets busy and schedules get packed. Sometimes you just need something quick and easy to eat to help you stay on plan and not succumb to snacking or poor food choices. These lunch wraps are perfect for those times. They travel well and can be made in a snap.

1 ShiftSetGo ThinWrap
4 oz sliced, nitrate-free turkey
½ cup chopped romaine lettuce
½ small red bell pepper, seeded, sliced into thin strips
¼ small red onion, thinly sliced
¼ cup sprouts (such as broccoli)
1TBSP Walden Farms Honey Dijon Dressing
Place the ShiftSetGo ThinWrap on a clean surface. Layer with the turkey, lettuce, pepper slices, red onion, and sprouts. Drizzle the dressing over the top, then carefully roll wraps “burrito” style, being sure to tuck one side in as you roll to prevent the filling from falling out. Serve and enjoy!
This recipe can be incredibly versatile – your imagination is the limit! Swap out the protein for lean ham, leftover flank steak, or chicken. If you’re on Stage 1 or 2, don’t be afraid to get heavy-handed and pile on the lettuces and greens.
