Apple Cider Vinegar, Cinnamon and Lemon Detox Drink
In our toxic world, sometimes the body needs a little boost to help our liver feel loved! Apple cider vinegar and fresh lemon juice are wonderful, natural ways to give your liver a little support to do its job and clear out the junk, which can also aid in your weight loss journey!

Ingredients
12-16 oz cold water
2 TBSP organic, raw apple cider vinegar
2 TBSP fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
2-3 drops of stevia, or to taste, optional
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a tall glass and stir well to combine. Drink and enjoy!
Tips:
This detox drink works any time of day, but first thing in the morning on an empty stomach is best to get the digestive juices flowing and start the day hydrated.
Try adding 1/8-1/4 teaspoon sea salt or pink Himalayan salt for added minerals and to balance out the sour vinegar and lemon flavors!
Stick with liquid stevia here instead of packets—it’s easier to mix and brands like this one have much cleaner ingredients than most packets.
