Ingredients
- 1 ShiftSetGo BBQ Pop Cakes
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp cumin
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Sea salt and pepper, to taste
- 6 oz raw chicken tenders
- 1 beaten egg
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Line a baking tray with tin foil. Crush up Pop Cakes and blend well until grainy.

Pour onto a plate and mix in seasonings.

Coat chicken in egg and roll into crisps.

Cook on baking tray for 15-18 minutes.

On the last minute of cooking, switch oven to broil to make extra crispy and golden brown.

Remove from oven and serve.
Tips
