Ingredients
- 2 cups diced tomatoes
- 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp. Walden Farms Maple Syrup
- 1 tbsp. smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. Walden Farms Honey Dijon dressing
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Sea salt and black pepper, to taste

In a 6-quart slow cooker combine tomatoes, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, paprika, soy sauce, honey dijon dressing. Stir together.

Add chicken and season with salt and pepper.

Cover and cook on low until the chicken is falling apart - about 5 hours.

Toast bread and make 3 open-faced sandwiches with one portion of chicken.
