Returns & Refunds

ShiftSetGo sells food and nutritional supplements. For health, safety, and quality-assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns once a product has left our facility. Consumable products are not eligible for return or refund for reasons such as change of mind, buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong product, or no longer wanting an item.

Manufacturing defects

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello@shiftsetgo.com or (425) 399-0847 with your order number and a photo of the affected product and its packaging. Verified manufacturing defects are resolved with an exchange for the same item. We do not offer refunds.

Damaged in transit

ShiftSetGo is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, save all packaging and damaged goods and file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Not eligible for return, exchange, or refund

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • Wrong item selected by the customer at checkout
  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products (unless a verified manufacturing defect)
  • Requests made more than 5 days after delivery
