Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. Italian seasoning
- Sea salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup low sodium beef broth
- 2 lb bottom round beef roast
- 1 cup pepperoncini rings
- 1 cup diced red pepper
- 4 tbsp. Primal Kitchen Mayo
- 1 ShiftSetGo Brown Bread
Instructions

Set crockpot on low. Add Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and broth to crockpot and stir well.

Add roast and cook 8-10 hours.

One hour before beef is done, add pepperoncini rings and red pepper.

Once fully cooked, shred meat with forks until roast is broken down into strips.

Spread mayo on bread.

Load up meat onto bread and serve.
Tips
