These are allowed, with conditions. Check the rule before you add one to your day.

Giardiniera Reserved: allowed if it contains no carrots or olives. In moderation.
Half and half Reserved: Fit Plan only.
Heavy cream Up to 2 tbsp per day
Ketchup Reserved: Walden Farms only. Other brands typically contain sugar and are not allowed.
Salmon Reserved: up to one serving per week. Counts as one of your daily protein servings (6 oz).
Starbucks - Bottled Iced Coffee OK if it has absolutely no sugar or carbs on the ingredients label.
Stash - Herbal Tea Be sure to check for added sugar - the blueberry one had sugar listed with the blueberry concentrate, but not all variations have sugar.
Tea Reserved: if caffeinated, drink an equivalent amount of water on top of your daily water intake.
Torani - Sugar-Free Syrup Yes if it’s sugar-free with all zeros.
Trader Joe's - Vegetable and Soba Noodle Stir Fry Kit The veggies are OK. Not the sauces or noodles. Also, don’t cook the onions.
Unsweetened almond milk Reserved: 1 tbsp per day.
Whipped heavy cream Reserved: Fit Plan only.
