ShiftSetGo Program
8Yes! We have never seen someone who is following our program fail to lose weight. With our scientifically proven method to burn fat while preserving muscle mass, it is possible for you to undo years of cutting calories and yo-yo dieting. With the ongoing, encouraging support from our coaches, you can finally get to that healthy weight you have always wanted, and stay there.
For life! Unlike skin-deep, "bathing-suit-ready" weight loss programs, we are focused on long-term results. As a lifestyle change, our solution is most effective when you continue coaching appointments for ongoing support even after reaching your initial goal. Stage 1 is the weight-loss stage, determined by your individual goals. Stage 2 focuses on removing ShiftSetGo meals and replacing them with real, whole foods. Stage 3 is our maintenance stage, for life, where you continue incorporating nutrient-dense, whole foods and other lifestyle changes.
In 2019, we transitioned from Ideal Protein to the ShiftSetGo program. This change gave us more program options to fit different lifestyles while making our process more personal. The ShiftSetGo system has more food options, a more supportive maintenance program, fewer supplements to take, better coaching, and more robust client support and tools.
Our program is a nutritional ketosis program that is much more effective than the DIY keto most people do on their own. Our program specifically targets body fat, so you can quickly and effectively burn it. Unfortunately, many people overeat a particular macro while doing DIY keto, which can cause their weight loss efforts to stall out. Our program removes all the guesswork and provides you with an individualized roadmap so that you can focus on losing weight and getting healthier.
Many of our meals work with various food allergies and sensitivities, such as gluten-free, egg-free, whey-free, and soy-free. We also have medical-grade weight-loss food with much higher-quality protein than most big box stores offer. Most of our members have tried other things before finding us, and that's okay. What makes ShiftSetGo different is the one-on-one coaching and accountability that comes with every program. You're not doing this alone, and you're not following a generic plan. Your coach builds your program around you, your body, and your life.
You're human, it happens to everyone. The difference with ShiftSetGo is that you're not doing this alone. Your coach has seen it all, and they're never going to judge you for a tough week. They'll help you figure out what happened, make a plan to get back on track, and keep moving forward. One bad week doesn't define your journey. That's exactly why the coaching relationship matters so much.
ShiftSetGo is not currently covered by insurance. However, many members use HSA or FSA funds toward their program. We can provide the documentation you need for reimbursement.
Coaching & Support
4Yes, clients have more success when they use our coaches. Each coach brings experience, training, and an element of accountability that makes the program much more effective. We encourage you to try different coaches at our clinics to find the best fit for you. The coaching sessions are part of the program, and we want you to get the best education, support, and results!
You will have regular, weekly, in-person appointments with your coach. If you need support, advice, or any other help between meetings, you can call/text/email our office, and someone will respond Monday-Friday 8a-6p PST and Saturday 8a-2p PST. Clients also have access to our private Facebook group 24/7.
For our core weight loss program, yes, weekly coaching visits are a key part of what makes the program work. But we also offer virtual coaching for members who can't make it in person, and our Shift Plus Limited plan has a more flexible check-in schedule. We'll find what works for you.
You'll have one coaching visit per week, either in person at your local ShiftSetGo location or virtually. Between visits, you'll follow your meal plan using ShiftSetGo products and any whole foods that are part of your current stage. Most members find that the structure actually makes their week easier, not harder, the meals are simple, the plan is clear, and your coach keeps you on track.

This kit includes everything you need to start your journey with us: 2 weeks of ShiftSetGo meals, 2 weeks of Daily Essentials supplements, Shift Fuel Bars, Full Spectrum Collagen, BCAA, shaker bottle, body measuring tape, and one-on-one coaching. Once you've gotten started, you can select weekly, bi-weekly, or 4 week delivery options. Weekly delivery is $129 plus $9.99 shipping. 4 week delivery is $449 with free shipping, making it the best value.
You will meet weekly with your coach via Zoom or phone. Weigh-ins are done using a compatible scale through the ShiftSetGo app. Scales can be purchased inexpensively through places like Amazon.
Virtual clients sign up for an automatic delivery subscription. Products can be shipped weekly, bi-weekly, or every 4 weeks. 4 week delivery is the best value and the only option with free shipping.
After the initial order of your starter kit, which includes two weeks of food, you will select your preferred meal options each week. If you have any food allergies, please note that in the notes section of your order.
Shipping is FREE with 4 week delivery. Weekly and bi-weekly delivery is $9.99 per shipment.
Your virtual new start kit includes your first two weeks of ShiftSetGo food. Ten days after starting, you receive an email with instructions to set up your ongoing subscription. You can choose recurring shipping weekly, bi-weekly, or every 4 weeks. 4 week delivery is recommended and is the only option with free shipping. An active subscription is required for Stage 1 of the ShiftSetGo program. Coaching is complimentary in Stage 3.

Cost & Pricing
3Program costs vary depending on which service is right for you. The initial cost to start in-clinic is $199 which includes the first week of food and supplements. The ongoing cost after your initial week is $129/week which includes all the food, supplements, and coaching that you need to be successful. Once you hit your desired goal, you will transition back to a diet of whole foods, and we will continue to coach you through the "Balanced Year" at no charge. The best way to get specific pricing is to book a free consultation.
Yes! When you refer a friend to ShiftSetGo, you both receive a $50 credit when they start their journey with us.
No! We will never charge you to transfer to our clinic or restart your weight loss journey. We believe everyone should have the opportunity to be coached by someone that is a perfect fit for them. Because we have more certified coaches than any clinic in the state, we know you will find your ideal match, and that should never cost you more money. All ShiftSetGo locations are independently owned and operated; pricing may vary by location.
Food & Nutrition
3While you are in Stage 1 (our weight loss stage), you will be eating three ShiftSetGo meals per day along with lean protein and vegetables. Clients receive an entire list of approved veggies and proteins, making meals and snacks easy. We also offer a growing library of tasty recipes to give you variety and keep you feeling satiated and satisfied.
We're proud to say that the ShiftSetGo meals, snacks, and shakes are delicious, and our clients love them! With over 70 meal options, ShiftSetGo has something for everyone. From the Chocolate Salted Caramel Pudding & Shake or Homestyle Chicken Soup to our famous Crispy Bars and Popcakes, it will be hard to choose just one!
Not entirely. In Stage 1, the majority of your meals will be ShiftSetGo products, but you'll also eat a daily serving of lean protein and vegetables. As you move into Stage 2, you'll gradually replace ShiftSetGo meals with whole foods until you're eating completely on your own. The program is designed to transition you, not keep you dependent on products forever.
Shift Plus & Peptides
11Peptides function similarly to medications in that they influence body processes, but they work with your body's natural systems rather than forcing changes. They're prescribed by medical providers and require medical oversight.
No. Peptides are an addition to the ShiftSetGo coaching program, not a replacement. The coaching, accountability, and structure are essential parts of Shift Plus. Peptides just make the process easier by reducing hunger and cravings.
When prescribed and monitored by licensed medical providers, peptides are safe for appropriate candidates. We screen for medical conditions, drug interactions, and individual risk factors before prescribing. Our medical team monitors you throughout the program.
Peptides are typically administered as subcutaneous injections once per week. Our team provides detailed instructions on proper injection technique, and many clients find the process quick and painless.
Our primary offering is Tirzepatide (a GLP-1/GIP peptide). Depending on your health assessment and goals, you may also be eligible for complementary peptides that support energy, recovery, focus, or body composition.
Some clients benefit from combining complementary peptides. This is determined on a case-by-case basis during your medical consultation. Never combine peptides without explicit approval from your medical provider.
Most clients see noticeable results within 4-6 weeks, including reduced appetite and cravings. Fat loss typically accelerates after 8-12 weeks as you adjust to the reduced food intake. Individual results vary based on adherence and starting point.

We understand this is a big decision. If you change your mind before your first injection, you can cancel without penalty. Once started, we recommend giving the program at least 6 weeks before making changes.
Your case is reviewed by a licensed medical provider before approval. You receive ongoing monitoring, including vital signs checks, adherence assessments, and adjustment of dosing as needed. We have protocols for managing side effects.
Our peptides are sourced from FDA-approved compound pharmacies that meet strict quality and safety standards. Every batch is tested for purity and potency.
Cryo Body Sculpting
7It's a non-invasive body contouring treatment that uses alternating cold and heat, combined with electrical muscle stimulation (EMS), to destroy fat cells, tighten skin, and tone muscles in targeted areas. The cold triggers a process called cryolipolysis that permanently destroys fat cells, which your body then naturally eliminates.
Cryo body sculpting works best for people who have pinchable fat in the area they'd like to treat and are looking to lose inches or tighten skin. It's ideal for targeting stubborn spots that don't respond to diet and exercise. It is not recommended for anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding, or anyone with Raynaud's disease, an allergy to cold, or active cancer.
Most clients describe it as cold but comfortable. The EMS component feels like a gentle muscle contraction, not painful, just different. The heat cycles make the cold more tolerable, and the treatment alternates throughout the session.
We typically recommend 5-10 sessions for optimal results, spaced one week apart per treatment area. That said, many clients see a noticeable difference after just one session. Your provider will recommend a treatment plan based on your goals during your initial consultation.
Before your session, avoid heat exposure (saunas, hot baths) and exercise for at least 2 hours prior. After your session, drink plenty of water, 80+ ounces per day is ideal, and avoid carbs and sugar for the rest of the day to let your body focus on flushing the treated fat cells. Staying hydrated is the single best thing you can do to maximize your results.
Side effects are minimal and temporary. Some clients experience redness, mild tenderness, increased urination, or slight itching in the treated area. These typically resolve within a day or two.
EMS is built into the cryo machine and runs simultaneously with the cold and heat therapy during every standard session. However, EMS is not recommended for clients who have a pacemaker, epilepsy, open wounds, or metal in the body, or for treatment areas near the heart. In those cases, we can adjust the treatment accordingly.
Red Light Therapy
8Red light and near-infrared light are forms of photobiomodulation, light wavelengths that penetrate deep into the body to stimulate cellular function. Red light penetrates below the skin, while near-infrared light reaches even deeper into muscles, tissues, organs, and the nervous system. This stimulation increases blood flow, oxygenation, and cellular energy, which results in reduced inflammation, increased collagen production, pain relief, and the release of stored fat.
Yes. Red light therapy is FDA-approved, completely non-invasive, and has no known side effects. It doesn't use UV light, doesn't affect DNA, and doesn't cause any bruising or scarring. It is one of the safest wellness treatments available.
Not at all. It's one of the most relaxing treatments we offer. The light pads emit a gentle warmth, most clients compare it to being wrapped in a warm blanket. Some bring headphones, and more than a few have fallen asleep during their session.
Virtually every part of the body, including the face, neck, shoulders, back, abdomen, arms, wrists, hands, hips, thighs, knees, calves, ankles, and feet.
It depends on your goals. For best results, we recommend sessions every 48 hours, about 3 times per week. Some clients feel results after their first treatment. The average treatment plan runs 2 to 12 weeks for lasting results. For collagen production, maximum results are typically seen after about 12 weeks of consistent sessions.
Collagen is the most abundant protein in your body, it's found in your skin, bones, connective tissues, blood vessels, and more. It keeps your body firm, flexible, and functioning properly. As you age, collagen production naturally decreases, which is why skin wrinkles, joints stiffen, and recovery slows. Red light therapy stimulates your body to produce more collagen, which benefits everything from skin appearance to joint health.
Yes. Clients regularly report improvements in both cellulite and skin tone and texture. The specific wavelengths used in red light therapy stimulate collagen production and increase skin elasticity, which helps tighten and smooth the skin over time.
Absolutely. Many clients pair red light therapy with cryo body sculpting for a comprehensive body contouring approach, or with the ShiftSetGo weight loss program to support their body during active weight loss. Combo packages with cryo are available.
Mobile App
1If your scale isn't pairing with the ShiftSetGo app, the fix is almost always in your phone's Bluetooth settings. This quick walkthrough shows you how to enable Bluetooth, give the app permission, and get your scale connected.
Results & Timeline
3While this varies from person to person, most of our clients lose between 2-5 pounds per week. Depending on your goals, you can expect to be in the weight loss stage for a few weeks to a few months. We are here to help you lose the unwanted fat pounds as quickly as possible and support you in our maintenance stage for lifelong weight maintenance.
How much weight you can lose is incredibly individualized and depends on factors such as your goals, age, gender, stress levels, activity level, and genetics. With that said, we've had clients lose 200+ pounds, with fifty pounds being typical. Most of our members come to us looking to lose 50 pounds or more, and many exceed that goal.
It depends on how much weight you need to lose and how your body responds. Some members reach their goal weight in six months, others take a year or more. ShiftSetGo isn't designed to rush you, it's designed to get you results that last. Your coach will work with you at a pace that's sustainable for your body and your life.
