Rhubarb Crisp

Rhubarb Crisp

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rhubarb, diced
  • 6 packets of Stevia
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • 1 Dash vanilla extract
  • 2-3 tbsp. Water
  • 1 ShiftSetGo Maple Oatmeal Packet

Instructions

    Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees.

    Place rhubarb mixture to a saucepan over medium heat. Cook until tender.

    Mix in Stevia, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla. Stir well and remove from heat.

    In a small bowl place the SSG oatmeal with a few tablespoons water. It should be very thick.

    Pour rhubarb mixture into a small, greased oven-safe glass dish.

    Another option is to pour evenly into a greased or lined cupcake tin.

    Blob the oatmeal on top of the rhubarb.

    Bake for 10-15 minutes or until brown and crispy.

Tips
