Chayote Squash Apple Crisp

Ingredients

  • 1 ShiftSetGo Apple & Cinnamon Oatmeal
  • 2 oz water
  • 2 cups chayote squash, peeled and sliced
  • 4 tbsp. Walden Farms (WF) Maple Syrup
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 oz almond or coconut milk, unsweetened

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

    In a small bowl combine oatmeal and water. Mix well and set aside.

    Combine squash, syrup, and cinnamon together until well coated.

  4. 4

    Place in a baking dish greased with cooking spray.

  5. 5

    Spread oatmeal over the squash.

  6. 6

    Sprinkle cinnamon on top and bake for 45 min or until squash is tender.

    Remove from heat and garnish with milk.

Tips
