Ingredients
- 1 ShiftSetGo Apple & Cinnamon Oatmeal
- 2 oz water
- 2 cups chayote squash, peeled and sliced
- 4 tbsp. Walden Farms (WF) Maple Syrup
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 oz almond or coconut milk, unsweetened
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In a small bowl combine oatmeal and water. Mix well and set aside.

Combine squash, syrup, and cinnamon together until well coated.

Place in a baking dish greased with cooking spray.

Spread oatmeal over the squash.

Sprinkle cinnamon on top and bake for 45 min or until squash is tender.

Remove from heat and garnish with milk.
