Peanut Butter Brownie Bites

Ingredients

• 1 ShiftSetGo Chocolate PB Cereal (crushed)
• 1 ShiftSetGo Chocolate Cream Pudding & Shake Mix
• 1 tsp baking powder
• Dash of sea salt
• ¼ cup Walden Farms Chocolate Dip
• 4 cup egg whites
• 1 ½ tsp grapeseed or olive oil
• 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions

   Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

   Mix cereal in medium bowl with pudding mix, baking powder and salt.

   Add in wet ingredients. Mix well.

   Grease a mini cupcake tin with cooking spray or use a greased cookie sheet lined with foil.

   Bake for 5-6 minutes.

   Do not over-bake these for optimal results.
