Ingredients
- 6 oz of lean ground beef
- Sea salt and pepper
- ¼ tsp garlic powder or fresh garlic minced (x2)
- ¼ tsp oregano (x2)
- 1 cup rutabaga, sliced into fries
- 2 tsp olive oil
- Paprika, to taste
- For the Tzatziki Sauce:
- 2 tbsp. Walden Farms Amazin' Mayo
- ¼ cup shredded cucumber, excess water removed
- Salt and pepper
- Garlic powder
- ⅛ tsp dill
- Splash lemon juice
- Toppings:
- ¼ cup diced tomatoes
- 3 tbsp. diced red onions
Instructions

In a medium skillet, brown meat over medium heat. Season with salt, pepper, 1/4 tsp. garlic, and 1/4 tsp. oregano. Mix well and set aside.

In a zip lock bag, place your rutabaga fries, olive oil, paprika, pinch of salt, and remaining garlic and oregano. Shake until fries are coated well.

Air fry on high for 40 minutes or until well done.

Tzatziki sauce: Mix together mayo, cucumber, salt, pepper, garlic, dill, and lemon juice.

Plate fries and top with meat, tomatoes, and red onion. Drizzle with tzatziki sauce.
Tips
