This gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan chocolate chia pudding recipe is incredibly easy to make. Creamy, chocolatey, and indulgent, it’s a nutrient-dense dessert you can feel good about eating. Packed with healthy fats and fiber, this decadent breakfast or guilt-free dessert will keep you satisfied for hours.
Ingredients
- ½ cup chia seeds
- 1-½ cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp espresso powder
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- Berries, optional
Instructions

Place all ingredients in a blender and process until almost smooth and most of the chia seeds have broken down. Divide mixture between 2 mason jars or glasses, top with berries, if using, and serve immediately.
Tips
This can be left in the fridge for about 4-5 days (though we doubt it will ever last that long!).
