Cheesy Biscuits

You’ll love this creative way to use your ShiftSetGo Crisps and Cream of Broccoli Soup mix! Super easy to throw together, these cheesy biscuits are the perfect side to any lunch or dinner!
Ingredients
- 1 packet ShiftSetGo Nacho Cheese Pop Cakes
- 1 ShiftSetGo Creamy Chicken Soup Mix
- 2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch sea salt
- ⅓ cup egg whites
- ¼ cup skim milk
- 1 tsp olive oil

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly spray a 6 cup muffin pan with cooking spray. Set aside.

Place the Nacho Cheese Pop Cakes in a food processor and pulse until it becomes a fine powder. Place powder in a small bowl.

To the bowl add the Chicken Soup Mix, baking powder, and salt. Stir to combine.

Add the egg whites, milk, and olive oil. Stir until a dough forms. Divide dough equally between the 6 muffin cups. Bake 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool slightly before serving.
