Ingredients
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1-2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp dried onion flakes
- Sea salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 large rutabaga, peeled, cut into fries
Instructions

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees or prepare air fryer.

Place oil, garlic, and spices into a bowl. Mix well.

Add rutabaga and toss to coat.

Spread fries onto a greased and lined cooking sheet.

Cook for approx. 20-25 minutes turning fries after 12 minutes. Cook until golden brown.

Serve immediately.
Tips
