Ingredients
- 4 cups (14 oz) cauliflower florets, cut in bite size pieces
- 4 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ⅓ cup chicken broth, fat free
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees, place cauliflower florets and dry seasonings in resealable bag. Shake to coat florets.

Spread florets onto baking sheet. Roast 20-23 min, flipping once during roasting.

Place roasted florets and remaining ingredients in a blender or food processor, blend. You may add more chicken broth if necessary for desired texture.
