Ingredients
- 2 bunches of fresh cilantro
- 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 5 tbsp. water
- 6 tbsp. olive oil
- 5 tbsp. lime juice
Instructions

Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth.

Place in a jar or Tupperware container. Store in the fridge.
