Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1-2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup bell pepper, julienned
- 1 cup zucchini, julienned
- 1 cup baby asparagus, sliced lengthwise
- ½ cup green onion, diced
- ½ cup mushrooms, sliced thin
- 12 oz thinly sliced Sirloin or Flank steak
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- Toothpicks
- 4 tbsp. Walden Farms BBQ sauce
Instructions

In a medium skillet, over medium heat, add oil and garlic. Heat until fragrant. Add all veggies and cook until tender.

Preheat grill.

Season meat with salt and pepper. Lay flat and roll veggies up tightly and secure with a toothpick.

Cook beef rolls 2-3 minutes each side.

Remove from heat, plate, and drizzle BBQ sauce over the top.
Tips
