Ingredients

  • ShiftSetGo Nacho Pop Cakes
  • 1 ½ cups diced Roma tomatoes
  • 1 cup diced yellow or red onion
  • ½ cup diced bell peppers
  • 1-2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1-2 jalapenos, seeded and diced
  • Juice of ½ a fresh lime
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro
  • Sea salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

    Combine all veggies into a small bowl.

    Add herbs and seasonings.

    Squeeze fresh lime over top and toss to combine.

    Divide into 2 servings.

    Load up your chips with fresh salsa and enjoy!
