Ingredients
- 1 ShiftSetGo Nacho Pop Cakes finely crushed
- 1.5 lbs ground chicken or beef
- 1 cup zucchini, finely grated
- 1 cup celery, finely grated
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 ¼ tsp sea salt
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup Frank's Red Hot Sauce
- Cooking spray
- 8 tbsp. Walden Farms (WF) Bacon Ranch
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees or prepare air fryer.

In a large bowl, combine SSG Nacho Crisps, meat, veggies, spices, eggs, and a few tablespoons from the cup of Frank's Hot Sauce. Mix by hand but don't over-mix.

Roll out small balls approximately 1 inch each. Use cooking spray on cookie sheet and place balls 1 inch apart. Bake for 15 minutes.

Put remaining hot sauce in a bowl.

Take the meatballs out of the oven and place into the sauce to coat. Marinate for a few minutes.

Turn oven up to 450 degrees.

Take a clean baking dish and spray with cooking spray.

Take the meatballs out of the hot sauce and place into the new dish.

Bake an additional 12-15 minutes. Divide into 4 servings.

Serve with WF Bacon Ranch.
