Ingredients

  • 2 egg whites, room temperature
  • ¼ tsp cream of tartar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 ShiftSetGo Creamy Chicken Soup Mix
  • ⅛ tsp garlic powder
  • ⅛ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ⅛ tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

    In a small deep bowl whisk egg whites and cream of tartar until egg whites are stiff and glossy.

    Beat egg yolk by hand and add to egg white bowl.

  4. 4

    Add remaining dry ingredients and gently fold together.

  5. 5

    Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  6. 6

    Place batter by the spoonful on parchment, shaping into 2 equal rolls.

    Bake for 25 minutes.

Tips
