Order Specific FAQs


No. Anyone can order our products online at any time. You only need to be a member if you regularly meet with a coach for weight loss.

Five days prior to your renewal, you will receive an email reminder that allows you to change your food selection if you want to. We have three options for the subscription plan:

+ Order monthly and get 12 boxes of food at a time (and free shipping!)

+ Order two weeks at a time

+ Order one week at a time

Our warehouse is located in Western Washington. Orders received by 2:00 PM PST usually go out the same day via UPS. We will always send you a tracking number once it’s been packed up for shipment so you can track your order.

All orders over $350 automatically get free shipping.

If you can’t add a specific product to your cart, that product is out of stock.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate splitting payments at this time.

All online sales are final. However, if you live in the Western Washington area you can take it to any of our retail ShiftSetGo locations and exchange it for a product that you do like.
