Ingredients
- 6 oz ground beef or turkey, lean
- 2 tbsp. taco seasoning, homemade
- 1 tbsp. hot sauce
- 1 tbsp. green chilies
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- (2) 8-inch zucchinis, hollowed out
- 1 jalapeno pepper, diced
- 2 tbsp. red onion
- ¼ cup tomatoes, diced
- ¼ cup colored peppers, diced
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a medium skillet brown meat.

Add taco seasoning, hot sauce, green chillies, and garlic.

Fill your taco zucchini boats with meat mixture.

Place on a lined baking tray or casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove from oven and top with jalapeno, red onion, tomatoes, and colored peppers.
Tips
