Ingredients
- 8 oz Yellow Fin Tuna
- 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- Sea salt and pepper
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1-2 cloves of garlic, pressed
- 1 tbsp. Bragg Liquid Aminos
- 1 tsp lemon zest, minced
- 1 tbsp. water
- 1 cup fresh green beans
- 2 cups cauliflower rice, pre-cooked
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Place the two 4 oz. fish on individual tinfoil squares.

Add lemon juice, salt, pepper, and a light brush of Dijon mustard. Fold up the tinfoil to cover the fish.

Bake for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily when pulled apart with a fork. Set aside.

You can also pan fry the fish with a little olive oil or cooking spray.

In a medium pan, saute olive oil and garlic until fragrant.

Add aminos, lemon zest, and water. Mix well.

Steam cook green beans by placing them into a glass bowl with a little water and microwave until tender, about 3-4 minutes.

Drain and add them to your pan and toss together with garlic mixture.

Plate cauliflower rice, green bean mixture, and top with fish.
