Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef or chicken
- 1 large egg
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped, minced
- 2 tbsp. poultry spice
- Sea salt and pepper, to taste
- 8 tbsp. Walden Farms (WF) Italian Dressing
- 4 cups greens
Instructions

Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.

Combine meat with egg, garlic, poultry spice, sea salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Make small sized balls and place on baking sheet lined with tin foil or parchment.

Place in oven and bake for 20 minutes or until fully cooked. Set aside.

Heat meatballs in a skillet sprayed with cooking spray on high heat until hot. Add Italian dressing and toss to coat.

Plate salad and divide meatballs into 4 portions.

Place meatballs on top of salad.

Spoon the remaining dressing from pan over salad and meatballs.
Tips
