Cabbage Slaw

Cabbage Slaw

Ingredients

  • ½ cup grated red peppers
  • ½ cup grated orange peppers
  • 3 cups grated cabbage
  • ½ cup diced dill pickles
  • 2 ½ tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp Waldon Farms Maple Syrup
  • 1 tbsp. avocado oil mayo
  • 1 tsp fresh dill
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

    Prepare all your veggies and measure them out.

    Place in a large bowl and toss together.

    Mix together vinegar, syrup, mayo, dill, and salt/pepper in a small bowl.

    Pour this mixture over your veggies and blend together.

Tips
