Tuna Casserole

Tuna Casserole

Ingredients

  • 7 oz albacore tuna
  • 1 cup cauliflower rice
  • ½ cup red pepper
  • ½ cup mushrooms
  • ½ cup chopped broccoli
  • 2 tbsp. green onion
  • 2 tbsp. cilantro
  • ¼ cup Walden Farms Chipotle Ranch dressing
  • Sea salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

    Mix all ingredients together and place in an oven safe casserole dish.

    Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.

Tips
