Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce/amino acids
- 2 tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- 1 block extra firm Tofu (no pressing needed)
- ¾ cups salsa (no sugar added)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Line baking sheet with parchment or tin foil.

In a small bowl mix oil, soy sauce, and spices to create a brown paste-like texture.

Crumble the block of Tofu into bowl with paste. Coat well.

Spread Tofu evenly over baking sheet.

Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Tofu should be nice and brown.

In a medium saucepan on low heat, combine Tofu with salsa.
Tips
Serve in Jicama shells or over a bed of greens with crushed SSG Nacho Pop Cakes (adds 1 Shift meal). Don't forget to add diced tomatoes, raw onions, and/or jalapeno's. SSG notes (per serving) Protein: 1 Veggies: 3/4 Daily Oil: 1
