Ingredients

  • Splash of broth, any flavor
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • Fresh garlic
  • Cilantro, cumin, and chili powder, to taste
  • 6 oz lean protein choice, cooked
  • Jicama wraps
  • Fresh lime juice
  • Shredded lettuce or cabbage

Instructions

    Add broth to skillet and saute mushrooms, peppers, garlic, cilantro, cumin, and chili powder.

    Add meat and cook until veggies are soft.

    Fill jicama wraps and spritz with lime juice.

  4. 4

    Top with shredded lettuce or cabbage.

Tips
