Ingredients
- 8 oz raw chicken breast
- 2 full cups kale, chopped
- ½ cup bell pepper
- ½ cup riced cauliflower
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. Frank's Hot Sauce
- 2 tbsp. Walden Farms Walnut Maple Syrup
- Sea salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 quarter inch fresh leeks, minced
Instructions

Cube chicken and place in a medium skillet on medium heat until cooked and starting to brown.

Add kale, peppers, and riced cauliflower. Cook until veggies are soft.

Mix soy sauce, hot sauce, and maple syrup in a small bowl.

Combine with chicken. Add salt and pepper.

Divide into 2 servings.

Squeeze lime juice over top, drizzle with olive oil and place minced leeks on top.
Tips
