Ingredients
- Part 1:
- 1 egg white
- 1 ShiftSetGo Maple & Brown Sugar Oatmeal packet
- 1 tsp poultry seasoning
- 2 cups of favorite daily veggies
- Rosemary, basil, thyme, garlic powder, to taste
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup mushrooms, diced
- 2 tbsp. Bragg Liquid Aminos
- Part 2:
- 8-10 oz water
- 1 ShiftSetGo Creamy Chicken Soup packet
- 2 egg whites
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Beat 1 egg white in a bowl. Mix in oatmeal packet and poultry seasoning.

Spoon batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake oatmeal base for 10 minutes until golden brown and let cool.

Break apart and let dry out. Chop veggies.

In a mixing bowl, mix together oatmeal base pieces, veggies, seasonings, mushrooms, and Bragg Liquid Aminos. Set aside.

Reduce heat to 350 degrees.

Combine 8 oz. of water with soup mix in blender bottle, shake well.

Add remaining 2 egg whites; shake well. Add more water if needed.

Pour over biscuit mix. Mix together.

Pour into a casserole sprayed casserole dish and bake for 20 minutes.
