Ingredients
- 28 oz can crushed tomatoes, low sodium
- 2 tbsp. tomato paste, sugar-free
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder or fresh garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp oregano
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
Instructions

Blend all ingredients until tomatoes are pureed.

Bring mixture to a boil in medium sauce pan.

Turn heat to low. Simmer for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Divide into 3 servings.

Refrigerate left over sauce in sealed container.
Tips
