Ingredients
- 2 cups celery root, turnip, rutabaga, or jicama, cut into fries
- 1 tbsp. egg whites
- 1 tsp garlic powder or fresh minced garlic clove
- 1 tsp rosemary leaves
- Sea salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 ShiftSetGo Vegetable Chili Mix
- 2 tbsp. chopped raw red onion
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 or air fryer to 360 degrees.

Soak fries in cold water for 30 minutes. Drain and dry completely.

Place fries in a bowl and toss with cooking oil.

Mix in egg whites and then toss with seasonings.

For air fryer, cook in basket for 15-18 minutes.

For oven, place on a foil wrapped cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Flip fries over once.

Prepare veggie chili according to the package.

Plate fries with chili on top.

Garnish with red onion.
Tips
