Ingredients
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2 tbsp. French shallots, diced
- ⅓ cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- ½ tsp sea salt
- White pepper, a Pinch
- 1 egg white
- ½ cup olive oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 360 degrees.

Place cloves of garlic on a tin foil-lined cookie sheet. Roast until soft and slightly brown. About 20 minutes.

Remove from heat and cool a bit.

In a blender, add all ingredients except for olive oil. Blend well.

Add oil as the blender is running in a steady thin stream.

Serve immediately.
