Pie Crust

Ingredients

• 1 ShiftSetGo Cereal Mix, any flavor
• 1 tbsp. egg whites
• Pinch of cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
• ½ packet Stevia (optional)

Instructions

   Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

   Crush cereal in bag or pulse in a blender.

   Mix remaining ingredients in with the crushed cereal.

   Spray 2 oven safe single 6 oz. baking dishes with cooking spray.

   Divide crust and press into baking dishes.

   Bake for 8 minutes.

   Remove and let cool before filling with your favorite SSG pudding mix!
