Ingredients
- 2 tsp grapeseed or olive oil
- 1 tbsp. garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. ginger root, minced
- 6 oz raw shrimp
- 3 oz Shirataki fettuccine style pasta, rinsed and pat dried
- ⅓ cup chicken broth/stock
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tbsp. lime juice
- 2 tbsp. Walden Farms Maple Syrup
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce, low sodium
- ¼-½ tsp cayenne pepper
- ½ cup bean sprouts
- ½ colored peppers
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp. green onion, diced
- 2 tbsp. fresh cilantro/coriander
Instructions

In a large skillet heat oil, garlic, and ginger root.

Add raw shrimp and heat until opaque; remove and set aside with shrimp.

Stir-fry egg and set aside with shrimp.

Place pasta in pan and heat while tossing.

Add stock/broth, vinegar, lime juice, syrup, soy sauce, and cayenne pepper. Stir until liquid absorbs into the fettuccine.

Add sprouts, peppers, cooked shrimp and egg. Mix until combined.

Finish with green onion and cilantro.
Tips
