Ingredients
- ⅓ cup apple cider vinegar
- ⅓ cup soy sauce
- 2 tsp Dijon or hot mustard
- 1 tsp garlic
- Ginger (optional) to taste
- Wasabi (optional) to taste
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
Instructions

Place all ingredients into a blender except for the oil. Blend well.

Slowly add in olive oil while blender is on.

Store in a tightly sealed container and store in the refrigerator.
