Korean Beef and Broccoli

Korean Beef and Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 8 oz extra lean ground or sliced beef
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup red pepper, sliced
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. Braggs Aminos
  • 4 tbsp. Walden Farms Maple Syrup
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 clove of garlic, pressed
  • 2 tbsp. green onion, chopped
  • 2 cups broccoli, pre-steamed
  • ½ tsp fresh ginger

Instructions

    In a medium skillet, cook ground or sliced beef until brown.

    Remove from pan. Set aside.

    Add mushrooms, garlic, and red pepper to pan with olive oil. Cook until tender.

    Mix in aminos, maple syrup, red pepper flakes, ginger, garlic, and green onion. Mix well.

    Add beef back into pan. Mix well.

    Plate pre-steamed broccoli and pour 2 portions of beef over the top.

Tips
