Ingredients
- 1 cup julienned jicama
- 1 cup julienned cucumber, peeled
- ¼ cup julienned red pepper
- ¼ cup yellow pepper
- ¼ cup green pepper
- ¼ cup diced red onion
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro
- ⅛ tsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
- Sea salt & cayenne pepper, to taste
