Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 2- 6 oz chicken breasts
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup mushrooms, diced
- 1 cup green onion, chopped
- ½ cup celery, finely sliced
- 1 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1-2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Sea salt and pepper, to taste
- 3-4 cups spinach
- Fresh basil leaves
- 4 tbsp. Walden Farms Creamy Italian Dressing
Instructions

In a large skillet over medium heat, add oil and chicken. Cook for 10 minutes each side until thoroughly cooked and golden.

Remove from pan and set aside.

In the same pan add cabbage, mushrooms, green onion, celery, tomatoes, and seasonings. Cook until soft, then add spinach.

Cut chicken in strips and add to vegetables.

Reduce heat and saute for 5-6 minutes.

Plate and garnish with fresh basil and drizzle with dressing.
Tips
