Ingredients
- 1 lb cauliflower florets
- 1 cup plus ½ cup bone broth (no fat/no sugar)
- 1 cup green onion, chopped
- 8 oz lean ground beef
- ¾ cup mushrooms, chopped
- 1 tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions

Place cauliflower in Instapot with 1 cup bone broth. Pressure cook on high for 2 minutes, then manually release pressure.

Blend cauliflower and broth until creamy. Measure out 1 cup for this recipe.

Set Instapot to saute. Saute onion and ground meat for 3 minutes; it should not be cooked through.

Add remaining broth, mushrooms, seasonings, and 1 cup of the creamed cauliflower from earlier.

Close Instapot lid and cook on high pressure for 8 minutes.

Manually release pressure.
Tips
