Ingredients
- 1 small radish, finely chopped
- ¼ cup yellow pepper, diced
- 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- ¼ cup cucumber, peeled and diced
- ¼ cup tomato, diced
- 2 Dashes of hot sauce
- ⅛ tsp sea salt
- 5 oz raw Halibut
- Fat free and calorie cooking spray
- 3-4 raw red onion rings (optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In a small bowl combine radish, yellow pepper, lemon juice, cucumber, tomato, hot sauce, and salt.

Place fish on a lined baking tray. Spray with cooking spray.

Top fish with the vegetable mix and bake for 10-15 minutes until center flakes easily with a fork.

Remove from oven, plate and top with onion.
Tips
Serve on top of mashed cauliflower potatoes, cauliflower rice, or more veggies. Toast some SSG Brown bread and serve with a drizzle of olive oil. SSG notes (per serving) Protein: 1 Veggies: 1
