Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. + 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1-2 minced garlic cloves
- Sea salt & pepper, to taste
- ½ tsp Stevia
- 1 tsp fresh cilantro, minced or fresh
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- ½ tsp chili paste (or hot sauce)
- 3 ½ cups shredded cabbage
- ½ cup chopped green onion
Instructions

In a large skillet, add 1 tablespoon oil and brown beef over medium heat.

Add garlic, salt, and pepper.

Drain fat and set aside.

Combine Stevia, ginger, vinegar, soy sauce, and chili paste in a small bowl. Mix well.

In another skillet heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic, cabbage, and red pepper.

Add cabbage and green onion and heat until wilted and tender.

Stir into your beef mixture. Serve hot.
Tips
