Ingredients
- 2 cups rutabaga, peeled and cubed
- 1 oz almond milk
- 2 tsp olive oil
- ½ tsp fresh garlic, minced
- Sea salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp. Walden Farms Amazin' Mayo (optional)
Instructions

In a pot of water with a pinch of salt, add rutabaga. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes until soft. Drain.

Mash the rutabaga. Add milk, olive oil, garlic, sea salt, pepper, and mayo.

Mix well and serve.
Tips
