Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- 2 tbsp. red onion
- ⅓ cup dill pickles
- ⅓ cup red pepper or celery
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- Dressing:
- ¼ cup avocado mayo
- ¼ tsp Lemon Juice
- Mustard
- Pickle juice
- W/F Honey Dijon
- Salt & Pepper
- Garlic Powder
Instructions

Steam Cauliflower, allow to cool, then crumble.

Chop red onion.

Chop red pepper or celery.

Grate dill pickles.

Slice hard boiled eggs.

Mix remaining ingredients together and season to taste.
Tips
