Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tbsp. Primal Kitchen Avocado Mayo
- 1 tsp Dijon or yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp. chives, diced
- 1 ShiftSetGo Brown Bread package
- Sprinkle of paprika
Instructions

In a small sauce pan, boil eggs for 7-8 minutes.

Drain and run under cold water.

Peel off shells and dice eggs.

Place in a small bowl and mix in mayo, mustard, and chives.

Toast all 3 pieces of brown bread and place on a plate.

Spread egg mixture evenly on the toast and sprinkle paprika on top.
