Egg Salad Over Toast

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp. Primal Kitchen Avocado Mayo
  • 1 tsp Dijon or yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp. chives, diced
  • 1 ShiftSetGo Brown Bread package
  • Sprinkle of paprika

Instructions

    In a small sauce pan, boil eggs for 7-8 minutes.

    Drain and run under cold water.

  3. 3

    Peel off shells and dice eggs.

  4. 4

    Place in a small bowl and mix in mayo, mustard, and chives.

  5. 5

    Toast all 3 pieces of brown bread and place on a plate.

  6. 6

    Spread egg mixture evenly on the toast and sprinkle paprika on top.

Tips
