Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 3 cups fat-free chicken broth
- 2 cups celery, diced
- 1 cup broccoli, chopped
- 2 cups cauliflower, riced
- 2 cups zucchini, diced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 ½ tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp chili powder
- 4 ShiftSetGo Vegetable Chili Mixes
Instructions

Place all ingredients into a crockpot (except for the SSG chili mixes). Stir well.

Cover on low heat. Cook for 8 hours.

Divide soup into 4 equal containers.

Prepare your SSG Vegetable Chili Mixes according to the package.

Pour 1 SSG chili mix into 1 serving of the vegetable soup in a one-to-one ratio.

Mix well and enjoy!

Freeze or refrigerate all 3 remaining portions.
Tips
