Ingredients

  • 1 glass of 8-12 oz cold water with ice
  • ½ lemon, juice squeezed
  • Other ½ lemon sliced
  • 2-3 slices of cucumber
  • 2-4 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 packet of Stevia (optional)

    Mix well and hydrate.

Tips

Cucumber: contains anti-inflammatory properties as well as an excellent way to re-hydrate. Lemon: makes a powerful detox drink! helps balance blood sugar and has an alkaline effect on your body helping to break down foods. Mint: adds a touch of sweetness without sugar.
