Broccoli Quiche

Broccoli Quiche

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • ½ cup canned artichokes (no oil, no sugar)
  • 1 tbsp. Primal Kitchen Pesto Mayo
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Sea salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 ShiftSetGo Brown Bread, toasted and cubed

Instructions

    In a small skillet with cooking spray, cook scrambled eggs. Set aside.

    Steam broccoli on stovetop or microwave covered with a little water.

    Cook until falling apart. Drain.

    Add broccoli and artichokes to eggs.

  5. 5

    Turn heat on low and stir while heating up.

  6. 6

    Remove from heat and add pesto mayo, seasonings, and bread. Mix well.
