Emily Countryman
Emily Countryman is the CEO and founder of ShiftSetGo. She started her first weight loss clinic in Washington State in 2011 after personally discovering the power of nutritional ketosis. What began as a single clinic has grown into a multi-location business and nationwide wholesale program.
A certified holistic health coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), Emily has been in the healthcare industry since 2003. She has been recognized by Inc. 5000, Puget Sound Business Journal's 40 Under 40, and has appeared on numerous podcasts and publications sharing her approach to building a purpose-driven health business.
Emily built ShiftSetGo because she believes weight loss coaching should be personal, compassionate, and built on real science, and that clinic owners deserve a wholesale partner who treats them like true collaborators, not franchisees.
